Larger exhaust tips ?
Hi there,
Any ideas on how I can replace the exhaust tips without having to go for a complete axle-back system? And if that is not possible, what is the quietest axle-back system available out there?
I don't care much for performance, and I certainly don't want anything louder than stock.
I just want larger "round" tips instead of the tiny oval stock ones.
Thank in advance guys!

I have also identified which axle-back system I want now, I am convinced this is the system perfect for me.

Im in the same situatuon. Looking for more sound with out drone and I think the best way to go is a mid pipe to open it up then source some tips and have an exhaust shop put them on.

i would not go with that exhaust. my buddy has that one on his gsf and it makes a very strange resonance sound in the higher rpm range. plus the way the tips and the muffler look when you are behind the car makes the car look a little rice cuz the muffler is so large and chrome.
go with the tanabe axle back!!!!!!

if you have a picture or a video of your friends GSF. I would appreciate it.
I haven't seen any videos of the 2 systems exactly from behind so far.
tanabe is gonna look so much better and sound better to
hey i dont have any videos of how his sounds but in person when you hear it it is just just so slightly louder then stock not by much. but it looks horrible from behind cuz the muffler is chrome and reflects light so at night when ur behind the car it looks like someone put a cheap muffler on a civic the way it looks.

I think either axle back you really can't go wrong, I had the GReddy SP one on mine for a long time and absolutely loved it. Customers have also responded really positively to the Tanabe one as well.
