I have a 2018 lexus gs350 f rwd, I've seen these videos with bmws and lexuses with upgraded steering wheels that come with everything the regular one does plus a rev meter. Does anyone know where I can find some and what's your review on them!

Check out Elvin Wong, I have one on order from him. He's in Singapore, it ships from China. Its all custom and he can do pretty much anything. You'll see some examples with the digital add-on. You swap in your existing airbag and controls but you can option an airbag cover or covers that are a different color. The LED meter must run through the clock spring and to the OBD-II port I am guessing but I dont want to introduce anything new into the clock spring harness personally.
Communication has been excellent and other have given his products high praise. I'll see for myself in the coming week if its as expected.

I got the Elvin wheel in, it's incredible. It brings the other alcantara pieces together and fits right in due to the OEM-like materials I chose. The leather and alcantara are oem quality and the piano black finish is impeccable. The alcantara feels excellent although if I had it on the 3 & 9 grip position, I would constantly be worrying about wear and tear. The smoother leather portion has the right amount of grip although I'm sure it will patina over time like any other wheel.
Total install took about 2 hours at a meticulous pace. Nothing really difficult to tackle but I would recommend a steering wheel puller versus hitting the wheel, much easier that way. The pop sound it made when it came off tells me that I would have had to hit it pretty hard without the puller. There are two M8x1.25 threads in the wheel to accommodate a puller. I used this one: https://a.co/d/4MbhDFf
The interior feels new again from this subtle yet effective swap.
Just about the nicest Interior upgrade for our cars is that wheel swap. So glad you did not get the CF wheel. That one just melts and flows into the car interior so well.
The steering wheel puller was the tool to use. As I mention before so many people had done the pulling until it just snapped out hitting them in the head even sending them to the ER for stiches.

Thanks and agreed on both points! Considering the price, this was hard to fully appreciate until it was installed. It looks ok in the bare build pic, much better with the OEM parts installed then a total knockout once in the cabin fully installed with the airbag.
Note the yellow marks on the center mounting spline of the second picture. Before removal, I marked the original wheel with yellow paint and a microdabber on both the splines on the wheel and the steering shaft. I then carefully transposed those exact marked splines to the new wheel so that it went on exactly in the same position as it came off.
to avoid the steering wheel hitting you in the head, loosen the nut but don't remove it. = problem solved.
I wish they made a flat wood wheel to match the interior of a standard (non f sport) interior. it would really jazz up the interior
That was my plan but I still didn't feel great about potentially slamming the steering shaft and clock spring area to get it loose. The puller was easy and the wheel has a built-in provision for it's use.
Check out the below, maybe Elvin does wood too but if not, wovenchang can likely do it.
