So, took a log. Dash command logged WAY too much data (app update, turned on persistent PIDS). Just really was a mess to sort through with timestamps of data showing one full second of lag time.

However, if I'm right, the throttle IS going full open when I floor it. There is a Toyota PID that dash command picks up (TPS2_VLT%, ) and this swings from 54.9% all the way to 99.6%. It's brother (TPS2_VLT%) swings from 22% to 81.2% (which is what I see in Torque for a throttle position). Maximum MAF reading is 200.84 g/s, and there is no direct reporting engine MAP PID available in dash command... it's calculated but I get a SAE BARO pressure of 98kpa, and the Toyota PID VHCL_LOAD% shows 94.5% at this time, with commanded Lambda for boths banks being .84 and both sides reaching this commanded value. Rpm was 6219 (vsc and stability off, sport + mode, slight uphill). IAT IS 91°F = 550°Ra.

The accelerator pedal has two Toyota PIDS also. App1% and app2% , swinging from 16.1-75.3% and 31.8 - 91% respectively. A little info I've picked up from the Internet shows there are two sensors for accelerator pedal position, and throttle position, and they have their own scales. This is compared in the ECU and cross-checked to verify the throttle is following the commanded position.

So, while there is no button, I believe the throttle IS going full open. However, this calculates to about 99.22%VE (WHICH IS NUTS... so I am missing something) and engine load of 94.83... which is close to what Toyota reports.

I'll try another log again to get some quicker data, but so far I like what I see.

Good info. Getting the data is half of it. Interpreting it correctly is the more important half.
