Lexus Fam can you guys l give me some of yalls recommendations on dash cameras? Thanks for the feedback!!
It depends on your budget, whether you want 24/7 recording or only when you're driving.
I'm currently using the A139 3CH model by Viofo. It's a pretty budget friendly but reliable dashcam I've had for a while. This one doesn't have a screen so you use an app to access the recorded files. I like it because it sits pretty flush and also has audio that lets you know if it's recording or not.
Ive also been using their 2CH A129 Pro Duo in my previous car. Didn't have major issues. Only thing to worry about is knowing how to get used to using the app.
You could also consider Thinkware and Blackvue, but they are more on the expensive side. Amazon has a lot of brands but I've only had experience with Vantrue and Viofo. Both have worked well for me.
Search dash cam reviews on youtube... watch a few reviews and you will know which to get to fit your needs and/or budget. You will also figure out how to instal;l them as well.
Look up reviews on rearview mirror dashcams on YT. You'll have two good cameras front and back recording, you can also use the rear camera as your rearview mirror while driving and get a much better and wider view than you could out of any normal mirror. Once you drive with one, you'll never want to drive without one.
According to all the reviews and demo videos I've seen, the 900 is supposedly better with certain aspects of video quality but it doesn't come as a 3-camera package (yet). The interior cam of the 750 3-channel seems to capture a little bit of the sides of the car as well which may (though hopefully never) come in handy should any incident ever occur.
I haven't bought it yet though because I'm still trying to identify which fuse I need to pigtail off of for the 'accessory-only power' red wire so I can't comment personally yet on it's performance.
From what I understand, it may prove worthwhile to buy the Power Magic Pro box to go along with it so to completely shut off any parking mode when desired. For example, you may not need parking mode active if it's parked in the garage and why take the chance on draining your battery.
I have been using the Rexing V1-4K camera in my car for about two years now. I think I was able to ****** one for around 60 bucks, shipped and taxed. It has been working out pretty well for me. For the price, I think it is a pretty good camera.

you have that run to the fuse panel or just plugged into the 12volt plug?

I am running it through the 12 volt plug in my center console, but they do sell a fuse panel cable for around 15 bucks that you can use to run in 24/7.

I purchased three Taiwanese Vicovation Vico Power Plus power management boxes for three of my cars, but after a few years, I found that using the car's 12 V PbSO4 battery to power parking mode causes rapid premature battery degradation of the car's battery to start the engine.
Hence, I switched to a proper dedicated Korean Egen Cellink Neo which uses less explosive lithium ion iron phosphate power pack in the glove box which can be hardwired, but is mostly simply plugged into the 12 V cigarette socket.
The Egen Cellink Neo will easily power any Korean ThinkWare or any Korean Pittasoft Blackvue dashcams.
