Default How to hardwire a dash cam LS500

Here's how I wired my dash cam, it could be used for any USB accessory though.

I have received the new cover from FITCAMX for the Digital Rearview Mirror. It wasn't cut perfectly as the top curve is not "high enough" to settle in (see the comparison below - left is FITCAMX and right is Lexus original factory case). I borrowed the Dremel rotary tool from my neighbor and decided to trim those areas that need to be removed by myself (highlighted in the red line). After a few minutes of cutting, the new cover now fits perfectly and I am happy with it. The installation is easy and take less than 15 minutes to complete. All the driving sensors are working fine after the installation. The video quality is excellent - nice and clear.

I just received my FitCamX for my new ES yesterday. Such a nicer implementation, looks factory and easy to install.

neat! I don’t see the LS listed as a kit on their website though. Where did you get this from?

I've had my FITCAM for almost 3 years on my 2020 ES350 and it's been perfect so far. Very happy!

Nice.

I love how I know exactly where the pictures is taken.. I literally live right around that neighbourhood.

After having a FitCamX in my '22 ES for 8 months, I can say it's 100% awesome. It looks OEM, the software is not glitchy, the quality is great, and I've had no issues with it.
