Default Auto windows down via remote setup

Is anybody aware how to program or turn on the feature where you can open windows with the keyless remote?

Dealer only. Just had mine done including sunroof. Luckily dealer didn’t charge me with my oil change.

Default Carista will do it

You can set that up and change many, many of the "dealer-only" settings such as the number of blinks for the lane-change setting if you use Carista. I've had Carista for many years and have used it to change my Lexus settings and my daughter's Toyota settings.

I also used Carista for this function and it worked fine on the GS. When I used it on my friends 2012 Camry, it worked for a few weeks then decided to only lower the passenger side window only. It's been that way ever since .

From the website it looks like carista is about $120 with the device and subscription? How easy is it to use the device?

I bought the Carista Bluetooth dongle for $20 back in 2018 and it came with a short term trial (30days?). You really only need the trial or 1 month access to make changes.

Is there also a setting to close all the windows with just the remote?

I’m pretty sure there is an all up and all down function.

I purchased mine from Amazon but it looks like they are no longer available. The Carista website shows $29.99 plus a months free trial. I used mine to enable the windows with remote on both vehicles. There is a lot of other settings available with the carista app. They show what you can do to your vehicle on the website before purchasing.

Unfortunately no, not with the fob. You can set it up to roll them down with the fob, but rolling them back up requires the key (put the key in the door lock and hold it in the lock position and they will roll up).
