I went ahead with the K&N Performance Air Intake, although I am not a big fan of the Aluminum, I may take it off later and spray paint it a different color.
Love the benefits of swapping out the OEM Intake with the K&N.

Sound improvement (more of a personal factor), but when I hit the gas now, there's slightly better response from the throttle and of course aesthetically pleasing, versus the stock Intake Pipe, even though I don't like the polished finish.
