Guy probably wants to swap out a shift ****, add a dashcam or something, nope, DIY: How to remove your dashboard! lol @Swingem is there some specific things you are looking to do or just looking for some ideas? Maybe we can help point you in the right direction.
Okay yeah, I have a 2013 GS350 Nebula with Cabernet. Dead stock besides tint I just got done. Not looking to rice out or anything. But I was curious what some other people have done for mods just to make it a bit more unique. However, I want to be able to bring it back to stock easily. Just ordered the logo door lights, but I'm open to other options. Thanks for any ideas!

I am not aware of too much. I added DVD in motion playback, will likely add a 2016+ shift k no b but be careful because regular shift k no bs won't work in our cars, it is a unique design which I found out last year. I ordered diamond pattern floor mats, I'll see how they turn out, the ones I ordered were $69 so I should not expect too much. It would be nice to put the 2016+ Luxury wood with the metal strips in the middle but it likely is not worth the cost.

You will likely get a lot of varying responses so I'll start off my personal favorite interior mods so far. Well, all of them I guess. First up for me was doing something about all the dings in my silver trim on the door panels (F-Sport). I spent a weekend pulled the panels and wrapped all the trim in cf vinyl. I love it. Next up for me was a dashcam which I really wouldn't consider an interior 'upgrade' per say but I'm glad I got one. By far and away my favorite so far (even with the quirks) is the Grom Audio VLine Infotainment System. I worked for Lexus for several years in both sales and as a service advisor and I was always annoyed with how far I felt Lexus was behind other manufacturers regarding Infotainment. The VLine changed all that for me and I love the thing. That's all I've done interior wise so far but I am planning on installing a subwoofer hopefully by this weekend, just waiting on the box to come in.
There are some folks on here that have done some pretty intense modifications with a vast knowledge of vehicles in general, not just Lexus. Been on different forums since the wee early days of them and CL is a great place.
Oh, link to Grom if interested Grom VLine Infotainment
And thread here on CL regarding it. Grom VL2 installed
There are obviously other options out there, this is just personally what I went with. Welcome to CL

I did the carbon shift know and I love it. Plus I want to do the steering wheel. (did outside stuff as well.) Also looking into doing the light up door sills.
It's not much of an upgrade, but I am currently looking around for a cup holder for the doors on my GS. I hadn't given it much thought until I checked out a Ram 1500 Rebel and discovered they have removable foam (or maybe rubber) cup holders in their doors. I think that's a pretty good idea, so now I'm in the market for one.
