Do you park outside, or in a covered garage? Has it happened to anyone in Texas or Arizona where it regularly gets over 100° during the summer?

Outside 24/7. The sun has weathered my headlights a good deal also. Sun be damned lol.

Well, having a car outside 24/7, especially in hot and humid conditions, is not good for rubber, plastic and many synthetic materials. Tires, made of rubber of course, will crack and lose their elasticity in direct sunlight and high heat.

You don't have much of a chance keeping a car pristine for very long when it is exposed to the Florida heat, sunshine, humidity and rain every day without ever being under shelter.

Yup. Not complaining per se, but it's annoying dealing with melting rubber, considering I've yet to deal with it on another car.
