Default Backup Camera Help Please!
Hi All,

Got my 2017 GS F Sport two months ago. Today i realized something seems strange with my backup camera. I can see a big portion of my license plate and the trunk. See attached picture. Is this normal? I don't remember it looking like that before and i did not mess with the camera. Please advise how to fix it.

I'm pretty sure it is normal. I'll have to look on mine but, I think it gives you a better idea how close you are to an object.

I think what you are seeing is normal. Here are some shots from four (4) different GS 350s backup camera shots. They all (white, black, white & silver) show the dealer's license plates and bumpers.

I believe you can always bring it back to the dealership and have it readjusted if you want!

this REALLY helps! thank you very much! It doesnt really bother me the way it is, i just thought i did something wrong, so it messed up the view.

not quiet right... took apart the whole trunk for repaint job and did not find anything it might help you re-adjust camera.

Yeah, that's normal. Backup camera isn't much good if you can't see the bumper to know how close you actually are to stuff.

My RC's camera is pointing to the sky.



I kid I kid! It's the same thing, I captures a portion of the plate and bumper.
