Last time I was at the dealer, they told me that they did not hear anything unusual. Tell me if you hear something strange in this video,
(sorry, the 1st video is too short, I pressed stop by accident)

The cold start sounds like it may be an idler tensioner starting to squeal a little. Parking brake sounds normal I guess but have never listened to it outside the car. When I bought my used GS the service history showed the EM brake motor was replaced. I took it off auto mode and only do it manually now just to hopefully save the motor a little longer.

Maybe the motor wore out, because I always had it on auto for 3 years ? I'll have to speak to the service guys at Lexus, maybe they'll replace it under the warranty.

The parking brake issue sounds a little loud to me as well, but I also removed mine from the auto position.
You may be right, I might just need some lube. I'm in NY, the weather here is all over the place. The car has 36K miles.
Yea that doesnt sound normal at all. My parking brake does not sound that loud at all and I park my car in a garage which should echo louder. Bring those vids to your dealer and have them check the problem again, they may need to keep it overnight to hear it.
My parking brake does not make that noise. I'm guessing it just needs something simple, like adjusting or lubrication.
Since the cold start noise only lasts a short time and only during a cold start it may be coming from something like a pump that is used for a short period of time at cold start to send warm/hot exhaust air back to the engine to help reduce the amount of time the engine must operate in a rich air/fuel mixture. If so, maybe the pump needs to be replaced or the bearing needs to be lubricated or replaced.
