Last night I had my phone on my lap and it slid to the right; I thought it was lost forever but someone was thinking and added an extra piece of material closing the gap in between the seat and center console.

When I am on the road next to a noisy car, there is a pedal on the floor I can press and it makes the other car quieter. And also smaller. It's pretty neat.

I agree, I do appreciate that added detail. Two things I really love are my double pane windows and the my rear seat controls I may not sit in the back much but when I do being surrounded by sunscreens and having the ability to control my climate and audio volume without asking whoever is upfront is great

I think I just learned my car has a feature I wasn't aware of. Thought it was only for objects directly in front or behind you. Didn't know anything about cross traffic detection.

Discovered car has a spare tire-but I must admit to inquiring as to whether the car had one before purchased.

Also, the world's smallest pass through to the trunk from the rear seat. Have no idea what fits through there-maybe a sprinkler pipe cut into 2 lengths?

It fits my new front lip. It was so long and wouldn't fit in the trunk or cabin so I pass it through there from the trunk to the rear seat area.

The spare tire is one thing I asked about as well. The dealer told me that the tire is rated for drive a few thousand miles, not the typical 50 miles that small donuts are designed for in most cars.

I like how the parking assist is always engaged so if you're real close to something, such as a drive through, it lets you know.

Not a hidden feature but awesome nonetheless:

Driving down the street when all of a sudden got this big splash of water on my windshield, (sprinkler I think) before I could even blink the automatic windshield wipers came on and in one fell swoosh eliminated said threat right from my vision...F yea

I like being able to push a button by the trunk to open it. Saves me from having to fumble with the key fob.

My favorite discovered feature on my 2014 GS 350 is the full throttle mode.
People who have driven this vehicle and complains that it is slow or lagging during wide open throttle because they did not access the full throttle mode.

Full throttle mode is basically a small tactile detent in our gas pedal. To access it you would need to step on the gas pedal all the way to the floor. And right when you think it has reached its full travel you have to apply more pressure and go past that detent and voila! Full throttle mode baby!
