Is this something that can only be done by the dealership or can we do it ourselves?

 

If u have the software updates, I don't see why u can't do it yourself. Plug USB drive in. Navigate to software update menu and it should update automatically. I went there a few months back but I didn't have the updates on file.

I believe a few months back mine automatically updated, presumably through Enform.

 

I think the Enform application is separate from the remainder of the software. It can independently update via the data connection on the paired mobile device. I've updated Enform once in approximately a year of ownership. That was immediately upon using Enform for the first time.

 

Has Enform ever really worked? Edestination, in particular, always gives me a stupid error message.

 

How to get Enform , I have 2013 and I don't have any option for that ! am living in United Arab Emirates - Dubai .. I think this option available only in US ?

 

The error i was getting was with edestination in enform, on the iphone app. Then I went to my account on LexusDriver.com, entered an edestination, synced it with my car, and no more error message on the iphone.
