trunk emblems off

can anyone comment if there are holes behind the gs350 emblem on trunk? wanted to take off
the badging on trunk but leave the main lexus logo top center

nop. I took mine off the first week, make sure u dont scratch it, I took mine to a friends bodyshop and he used a very thin scraper, to take it off, and polished it right away, it looks very nice and clean.

Use fishing line (not to cut the adhesive), but to grab a corner and gradually pull it off. Then rubbing alcohol if any adhesive outlines remain.

Took mine off the first week of picking up my GS. Definitely adds a nice clean look. Use a heat gun or a hair dryer just to heat it up a little, make its easier to come off clean with minimal residue.

When random people pass by the car, like it, and then go to the rear to see what Lexus model it is, the confused look is priceless.

There were couple of kids standing in front of my car the other day while I was waiting for my wife... I see that they were checking out the car and talking... As they were leaving and passing the car and I could see in the mirror that they turned back to check out the back.... My wife got back in the car and said those kids thought your car was the new IS. Imaging if I had removed the back emblems.

Don't u love that, when I did that, a guy driving an LS460, asking me that, which model is that,lol.
