EPS rack replacement
Good Afternoon,
I own a 2008 GS350 AWD with 140K Miles. Never had any issues until last month my steering got really tight. I took my car to the dealership and they told me that the power steering rack is failing. I asked if was it the EPS module they said no, its just the rack. Dealership wants $2600 to replace the rack. So my question is has anyone replaced an EPS rack before and if so, do I need to program the rack to the EPS module or is it plug and go??
