Installing a secondary CD changer (USB and Bluetooth module)

Dear Community!

Today, I tried to install a Wefa Bluetooth and USB module to my GS450h (2007).
I have tried to follow the guides which I found online, but something strange happens when I connect mine to the car.

So to begin:

I have bought a Y cable for the CD changer
I have tried to install this Y cable, plugged the end of it to the head unit, and one end to the original cable which I have unplugged from the headunit and the other one to the Bluetooth module. When I did this everything works same as before, so I don't have the functionality of the Bluetooth module. Changing sides where I plug the two ends doesn't help.
If I plug the Bluetooth module directly to the head unit, it works as expected, for one 'Disc' button click it plays the CD's from the builtin CD changer, for another click it plays from the Bluetooth module (and plays the music from both source very well). However I can't control the radio from the screen, it just says that 'Audio Off', so it becomes independent from the screen.

Anyone had similar issues or someone knows what I'm missing? Youtube tutorials shows the same way, I have exactly the same Y cable (sometimes referred as the Yatour Y cable), so I don't know what is the problem...
