Hello guys, I recently picked up these codes on my 2008 GS460 and I couldn't find much info on the fix. Tried swapping cam position sensors and VVT sensors from bank 1 to 2 but issues remain at bank 1. Any ideas what the issue could be? The wires look alright.

Did you switch both exhaust and intake cam sensors, theres 4 cam sensor total then the 2 vvt solenoids

 

Oh I actually haven't, only found 1 cam sensor on each side and not sure it was intake or exahust. I have trouble finding the right diagram to locate them. Can you please point out where exactly they are? Many Thanks

 

Have you checked and cleaning the plug on the cam motor actuators
