Default Wind Noise

Hi all
I am getting wind noise from my windshield area I have found out that it as had a new screen before i purchased it
The scuttle is loose and the side mouldings near the fender also loose looks like i have damaged clips can these be replaced without taking out the screen and how does the moulding come off

If I understand the question correctly, are you looking to replace the clips from the front bumper? Or, the plastic cowling below the windshield?

Sorry about that its my lack of clarity
It is the plastic cowl under the windshield ( we call it a windscreen and a wing is a fender)
it looks like a windshield as been replaced before I bought it and the cowl can move sideways and is loose

Yeah it shouldn't be that loose. Here's a parts diagram for the cowl panel and windshield – hopefully it'll help narrow down which clip or fastener needs replacing
