Guys,
I've been getting O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Rich (Bank 2 Sensor 1) Code P2198, during summer time it would come back every full tank or so but since temperature is dropping, it started to come back way quicker than that. My scanner shows live data and its showing zero voltage for that sensor, nothing at all.
My question is, knowing I am getting code P2198, is it enough to determine the part # for the sensor? which one? I was also told Bank 2 sensor 1 would require removing the front passenger seat and the center console, is this true?
There is a service bulletin for that code. You'll have to take it to the dealer to see what ECU calibration IDs you have. Worse case scenario is you'll have to replace 2 O2 sensors and ECU. Check out the link. And no, you don't have to remove the seat to replace the O2 sensors.

To me it sounds like you may have carbon build up issue creeping up on your door step. I would do a top engine cleaning and replace the plugs, clean out the throttle body.

It could be, but I want to check out the link that was posted by Othic and see if the ECU was updated first or not. I am not getting any voltage from that sensor and its constant zero. I hope I don't have to go to the dealership, other that that, the car is smooth.
