2006 gs300 software update

Hi I have a 2006 gs300 without nav. I am wondering if there is a way to update the software for the bluetooth ? My searches only came back for cars with navigation

The software update is only related to the navigation system to my knowledge. My 06 has navigation and after I updated the software the only thing it changed was the navigation system.

What problems are you having with Bluetooth?

there really isn't anything wrong with it.. apart from the lag when the phone calls are first connected which was like that from the beginning.. just wanted to see if it was upgrade-able thats all.

Where is cheapest place to buy a nav update disc? I'm pretty sure mine is the original 06 one.

theres a guy here in california that sells it for $30. its a copy but the newsiest version. never had any issues with it for the past 6 months and it has all the new roads… seen some of these for sale o Ebay. check craigslist.

I rather purchase the update from a reputable member (BinaryJay) or someone that has sold to a member. I'm scared I'll fry my nav system downloading the wrong thing. If I were to pirate it, how would I go about it?
