No tpms?

I just bought an 07 gs350 awd and in the owners manual it goes into detail about it but doesn't mention this to be an option... 30 mins on google didn't help either.I don't have any of the associated buttons and cant see why I shouldn't have it.

It has ml but not the active suspension. Any explanation greatly appreciated.

Yes you have tpms, you should be able to see the logo on the dash on the initial startup

I don't have either button on the driver or passenger "knee area". When I press disp on the steering wheel I don't get any tmps info/data/setup.

TPMS or tire pressure meter system will only light up on the dash if your tire psi drops lower then the range psi.

if I am not mistaken, I believe there maybe a tpms reset button in the glovebox.

I think the reset is under the steering column, or at least it is in my car. And there is the toggle under glove box for two sets of TPMS so you can toggle between winter and summer tires.
