Default Reset TPMS

How do you reset the TPMS when you swap wheels? I have 2 sets of wheels and want to interchange between them so I need to know how to get the TMPS reset for each time I swap the wheels.

Does each set of wheels have their own TPMS that are programmed into the car?

If that's the case, to the left of the steering wheel, low on the dash you'll see a round button with toggle buttons on each side. The toggle buttons have arrows on them IIRC. You can press one the arrows, and you'll see your dash display (where you see your temp/gear/tank avg, etc) will update till you get a Tire Pressure Monitor option and then hit the round button to select it and then select your TPMS 1 or 2.

They each have their own TPMS. Does Lexus need to do the inital configuration or will the car automatically detect the new TPMS serials?

FWIW, I had mine programmed at a Toyota dealer, for half the price of what the Lexus dealer wanted.

If your wheels already have the sensors on, try to drive it around the block and see if the lights come on. If it's already programmed into your car, the car should automatically read it. I have tried this by putting my stock wheels on and drove it for a week and it was fine, then i putted back my aftermarket wheels and it read it just fine. GL

errr... weird question
this is how it looks:
each set of sensors must be programmed into the car via service computer dealers use
if you have two sets of wheels with sensors, one set goes programmed as "main" and second goes as "2nd" in your dashboard menu

once you change the set of wheels (winter to summer for example), you change your set in dashboard menu from "main" to "2nd" and initialize tire pressure also in dashboard menu

if a set of sensors isn't programmed, after changing wheels and driving for about 20km a warning sign will appear (system error, not low tire) so driving around a block won't do
