Quick Grill Question

Does anyone know if the LX-Mode grill from a 2007 GS fit a 2008 GS?

no, but i believe the LX-mode grille is available for 08+ models also..

I have a friend that is sure 07 and 08 are interchangeable. I looked at most grills and they seem to be the same shape. Even though I know the chrome surroundings are different, both of the insert look the exact same. If you do have the grill already can you see if it does fit both models of car? Then we can finally get an answer if we can purchase any grill for any GS!

I'm looking to purchase a LX-Mode grill from someone here but he has a 07 and I own a 08. Don't want to spend the money if it doesn't fit. Thanks for the pictures.

i can guarantee 08 grille doesn't fit on 07, because i have tried. 08 grille is more square and bigger, it doesn't even fit the opening correctly.

with that said, can you fit 07 on 08? maybe coz' it's smaller. but that might leave a bigger gap at the bottom. but as far as i remember the top clips and such don't line up entirely (memory)

but keep in mind though, 07 might just fit on 08 with more gap. so that could be option for some people

i still remember spending a good 20 mins in the garage trying to fit my 08 grille on the job design bumper praying i wouldn't had to spend the extra money for lx-mode
