Default Brakes from dealership

My rear brakes are at 2.5MM. Would you pay $320 to replace them from the dealership? How much would it cost to do it myself? Thinking about buying the parts from Lexus and doing it myself to save money?

DIY !!!!!
The rear barkes are a piece of cake. Couple of spring clips, 2 pins, the old pads slip out and the new ones slip in. No sockets needed, no cradle to remove. Search, there is a good thread with pictures floating around here.

You can always take it to another shop besides the stealership. It's about half the price with OEM pads.

I just recently replaced my rear pads at my personal mechanic. Its costed me like $76 for the pads and $40 labor. It as easie as taking off wheels or like filling gas in a car. Don't pay that much dude never

+1, I buy the OEM rears, pay a friend $30 to install, it takes him 35 minutes. He's happy, I'm happy
