Havent taken one out but it either comes from under the trunk, so remove that top liner. A few clips and stuff allows it to come down. See if anyone took pics when installing springs or coils so you can see. If not its from the top and the rear deck lid needs to come out which will probably require the seat to be removed to get it out. wish I knew for sure for you but either way thats what you will have to do. ever consider just putting an aftermarket sub/box in the trunk and an amp?

i didnt want to put a sub/box with an amp because i wanted to try to keep the stock look, but anyways i figuer it out. I had to take the rear seats out in order to take out the top liner. There was four bolts that bolted it down and it was sealed on there also. So i had to bang it out when i took those four bolts out.. Thanks for the help tho.

do the ML models have the same speakers, or are those upgraded quality as well? Does Lexus/Toyota still use Fujitsu 10 (Eclipse)...or are they JBL?

The speakers are the same size and the ML has 4 more. They probably have a different ohm load and watt rating. I do know that the part #'s are different.

btw, 4080enclosures makes a custom fiberglass enclosure that helps you keep your "stock" look but runs about ~300$
