now that the '09 is out for a few weeks now, just curious if there were any changes from 08 to 09 for the GS350.

I think the only thing that change is the price, it went up $300.

i am really surprised that people haven't gone to the dealer to check them out, I would assume they should be in the dealer already

They aren't here yet, we are still getting some incoming 2008's.

But no, no change.

The 2009 GS is a carryover from 2008. The only difference is the GS450h from the 07-08 to the 09. The 09 GS-h has slightly larger trunk capacity from the revision of the hybrid battery pack.

With the 4GS due in 2011, I will expect pretty much color changes only up to 2010.

are the interior lights that are near the rear view mirror are led-white light in 08 Gs350. Also other sections inside the car+the license pate are white light instead of yellowish? I just saw that today, have never seen interior of a Gs at night before

Those lights or LEDs were always white.

yea, it's my understanding that they have always been led to start

i know it's something small, but it's one of the reason why i fell in love with the GS

The LED treatment on the GS is very impressive, except for the trunk and puddle lights. Kev, did you change your paddle lights to LED yet

our puddle light appears to be blue and bright enough for my taste, after seeing a DIY on how to change the bulb, i didn't want to mess with it especially where there is glue involved

I am done with all my lighting mods

and it's funny to see that the ls460 still have the traditional lighting in some locations

That's probably because while not as 'fashionable', tungsten lamps in some locations are much better than LEDs. The interior lighting of the GS is the one thing that disappoints me about it: the LEDs are just too dim. Anyone know if they can be changed to proper tungsten (2008 3GS)?
