howzit guys

opinions please. thinking of painting my calipers (again). car is silver with black roof, so what colour do you think?

red, yellow, etc

other colors only if it's the "real deal" like brembo or ap racing or endless

I am painting mine black to match the rotor hubs and the guard strip on the doors.

On my ES, I painted them silver but after a while (50k miles or so) the silver started to show the dirt.

the key is to spray clear coat after the paint. that helps on protection

also, try put 7-8 layers of paint. i did it on my gs400 and after 5 yrs it was still like new

its called "G2" brake caliper enamel paint. no clear-coat needed. once its cured.....its rock hard.

i do agree with rominl about the "real-deal" when painting calipers to look like aftermarket BBK's but it still looks subtle. i like em.

frost, i love the look of yours, but not sure the gold would look good with the silver.
keen on the red but hesitant as well.

personally i just get myself 2 bottles of high temp engine enamel paint, far cheaper than G2 and same results
