if you like 22" then go get it...don't worry what people here say..it's your money and your car.....if your car is gs300 then you can get 22x8.5 all around with 245-30-22 and if your car is gs350 then u have to get a custom made wheel.. since the gs350 have bbk..245-30-22 and 285-25-22 rear...i have seen a gs300 with 22" and the gap is about 1 finger gap..it doesn't look bad at all..
what he said...and then i'll add "hell the %&*^ NO...." unless you plan on doing a massive suspension job to make the 22 look good....but 22 with no suspension work looks ghetto fab....but it is your money and car....
hahahaa.... yeah, i knew i would get these types of responses.
Well, like I said, I'm hesitant on dropping the AWD.
I do want to go with 20" but I think it would look nasty without a drop. Trust me, I prefer the 20" b/c I'm the worst when driving with rims and these streets here are not too friendly either.
I just wanted to see pics of the 22". I know they sit higher but I was hoping that a lip kit could fix that.
I'm not feeling any of the 22" that I've seen (except tha white one that is slammed to the ground), but it could be because none of the 22" rims I've seen looks good period.
Those kind of cars are called Donks in the south... you don't need to make your lexus in to a donk... cmon

AGREE!!!
IMO, 20" is the max on 3GS'.
Aside from that, I notice that you are in PA, how the hack you going to drive with 22" during the winter??? You WILL be breaking or bending the wheels left and right... Unless you have lots of $$$ to burn, can I be your best friend!!!
It is your toy, you have the final saying... Best of luck and enjoy it!!!
ahhahaah... slk dds, looks like the one with money here is you. but yeah, rims w/ definitely come off during the winter months...
this thread has definitely taken a wrong turn. i wanted to see the gap difference between an undropped AWD with 20" and an undropped AWD with 22" to compare the gap difference.
