I have to ask, my 2006 GS300 (fully loaded) that I bought in mid '05 has more issues than a dying person. The computer is the main issue (which was replaced in late 2005 under warranty-over 2 months in the shop!). Does anyone else have issues with that car? I love it but damn I wish it didn't have to drive loaners all the time...

Can you be more specific ? What kind of problems ?
There are several quirks with the '06 GS. One minor one is that you can't see any of the RDS info on the radio if you are rolling. If you have satellite radio, you can see the title and artist. Go figure. But only 9 characters of the title and artist name are displayed. Another go figure. Also, the Blue Tooth phone function is horrible. There is a delay when you make a call and the other person answers. There is no easy way to take the call private. There is no voice activated dialing. You could get this feature on an '06 Nissan Maxima. I think it is avail on the '07, not sure though.
Ok, so now what problems are occuring... Call the dealership and tell them that its doing the same thing as before and they should change it under warranty. I know that one part of the NY Lemon Law states that if youre car has been in the shop for 1+ month for the same problem that its a lemon, but 2 or 3 other rules apply also. Call lexus corporate and see what they say.
Bluetooth delay is only when the phone is used to dial, using the key pad or speed dials there is no delay for me, using a razr phone. That issue has been referred to about 182 times in the Gs3 forums, need to do the dial out hack
