Default Wheel alignment question

ive had my GS350 AWD for about three weeks now. i have to say this is an excellent vehicle and im very happy. has anyone had an alignment problem with their GS. My car seems to favor the left. ive checked the pressure and all four wheels are the same. doesnt matter in which lane i am in let the wheel go and the car drifts to the left every single time. any thoughts would be appreciated

I would bring it back to the dealer and have them correct it. If it's pulling in one direction, the dealer will definitely fix it for free since you've only had it for three weeks.

Observe for any scuffing on the tire edges, all four tires.

You may want to consider a tire rotation with the alignment.

When I first bought my car it went back to the dealer 2 times for alignment issues. Since its lowered and staggered I had it aligned an additional time.

Total = 3 Alignments less than a year old.

Now the alignment is good!

You're not alone. I got my GS 350 AWD a month and a half ago and it definitely pulls left. I haven't taken it in yet, but I will soon.

That's rather odd that it pulls left, if anything a pull the right is desired if not neutral.

Update - I took my GS350 in today and they corrected the alignment issue. Based on the invoice it looks like there might be a TSB on this, but I'm not sure. Either way, they fixed the problem and confirmed that the car was definitely pulling left when I took it in.

FYI after taking my vehicle in for service today, the dealer finally called me back. he informed there was a TSB addressing the issue with the vehicle pulling to the left. they performed a wheel alignment, rotated the tires, balanced the tires, changed the lower control arm and some caster or camber adjustments. i will pick up the car in the morning and see if the issue has been resolved. if anyone has recently taken delivery of the 07 GS350 AWD pay close attention to see if your vehicle is pulling to the left. remember to test the vehicle in all lanes to account for the crown in the road. the dealer lead me to believe the best way to test the vehicle is from the middle lane. he further stated in the left lane the car favors the left. the same will occurr in the right.

Is alignment part of the warranty? If it is not, how much would it cost at a Lexus Dealership? Would it be better if you take it somewhere else?

As this was warranty work, the alignment would be covered as part of the job.

There are several services I would pay to have an experienced factory trained person perform the task.
My four wheel drive alignment is one.

as i stated earlier. the dealer completed all the work under warranty including the wheel alignment. they adjusted camber, balanced all wheels, rotated the front left tire, and changed both front lower control arms. after driving the car it actually feels much better (not great) but better. the car seems to hold its line much longer without much input to correct for the imperfections in the road. it seems to me that this car given a flat surface will definitely go straight without wandering. it also seems that this car is extremely sensative to the grooves in the road and will follow that path. im not to the point of blaming the car for this anomaly. this car is an absolute pleasure to drive and would buy it a thousand times over. as far as im concerned this issue is resolved. the service at ray catena lexus here in nj was top notch!!!!!!

Funny, these days, four-wheel alignment is so simple even a caveman could do it.

[cue caveman] HEY! First the GEICO guys, now you! [end caveman]

But seriously, Toyota has worked closely with Hunter Alignment (they make the big computer tables) to not only provide factory alignment specs for every Toyota vehicle, but also to provide video documentation of how to adjust each parameter. Heck, even I can do it.
