Default GSF Alignment (pulls left)

Wondering if anyone else with a gsf has this problem. When placing the steering wheel straight it pulls left. Purchased car new with about 20 miles on it. Checked the air tire pressure on all wheels and it was fine. Thoughts? Common issue? Thanks in advance.

Without alignment specs it's all guessing.

The alignment is warrantied for the first year/12K miles. If you're having issues, take it in ASAP. Make sure they can replicate it during a test drive around the dealer.

Will do. Which dealer do you go to in SoCal for your GSF.

Thanks.

When I hit a pothole and busted a tire, the dealership charged me for alignment...car had about 4-5k miles at the time I believe, maybe even less. Is the 12k/first year on all models? I have a '16.

Yes, all models. I actually quoted wrong...it's 12 months/20K miles. Since you already paid, I doubt your dealer would refund you.

Thanks, I was at the dealership yesterday and they said it's only covered by natural issues...i.e., hitting something like a pothole wouldn't be covered in the first year / 20k miles. Maybe someone will let me know if the dealer is incorrect.

I was told by my service advisor that if it pulls during the alignment warranty period, they will perform service at no charge.

This doesn't mean they'll fix it free unless the car is brand new on the original tires. This LSB is a best practices LSB, not specific to the GS F, and covers essentially all Lexus models. It has existed in many versions since before 2006 when I first signed up for TIS.
