Hi I am new I have a 2006 Lexus GS300 love it everything on it, I have ml with gps, well back to the topic, when I got my car the sales me told me a voice command “I’m hungy” and it will show u restraints icons well they command isn’t in the 8inch thick owners book or on the Lexus owners page, so I am think there are much more commands then they tell us any one have commands or know where I can get commands that aren’t in the owners book,?, btw the GPS override is alsome love it … helps me a lot when I am driving and my friends in the car and we need to go somewhere.

 

i've all but given up on the voice commands...unless i'm doing something terribly wrong it never works for me.

i dont get it...i've said some of the most basic things like "im hungry" and the thing doesnt register...it turns something else on. Do i have to train the system to my voice?

 

Press the Speech Command button on the steering wheel and then touch "Help" on the nav screen then you can see a list of commands. Page 108 in your Navigation System Owner's Manual.

 

thank you the list helps ,,, under help in the gps and owners book is missing alot of commands, my dealer evern said so, they said call lexus in 2-3 months then the list made for the dealers.

 

I've also given up on the speech commands. Pretty useless feature.

how do you clear the nav screen after i said i was hungry places came up but how do you clear them off when your done
