Just bought a brand new 2007 RX400h. Love it.

One thing, though. I know there must be more voice commands than are listed in the Quick Guide, but I can't find them anywhere (and the Search Owner's Manual section on the Lexus website is broken).

Is there a list of commands somewhere?

I think the best list is probably the Help system in the voice command center. It provides a much better list than the printed materials.

Call your salesman, he should be able to email you a pdf list without too much work. We got ours that way, sorry, I don't have it available right now.

Thanks Dave, I'll add the PDF and a credit to the list, next time I update. (I haven't had much time to test the newer model's voice commands out, other than the bluetooth but there wasn't a list, now there is.

 

OMG, not to rag, but the Voice Command for the RX 400H is a joke. I am wondering if it is as bad on the rest of the Lexus lineup. Lexus could take a page out of Acura Voice Command... it ACTUALLY works.

It's ok... I agree. It's quite lame. Acura and Infiniti have much better VR and much better Nav Systems. Oh well...

I used to work at a Toyota/Acura dealer, and I will say the system in the RL seemed more baked than the Toyota/Lexus/Denso units. I was up and running in seconds. But Acura didn't make a hybrid and the Civic hybrid didn't suit my needs.
