I got the NAV C.D. w/ my GS. It seems to play fine on my laptop. There are points where the disc will momentarily lock up or there will be a slight delay, but no biggies.

Mine freezes up too. I stumbled into a pretty good tutorial on the website. I figured the CD was probably pretty much the same.

When you purchased your GS, your salesperson should have given you a CD rom along with your owners manuals. The cd rom is an interactive guide to using the nav system. My salesperson suggested bringing my laptop to my car and watching it with the nav on. I haven't opened the cd yet, nav seems pretty intuitive to me, but maybe I'll check it out tonight.

If you don't have one, I'm sure your dealership can easily get you one (or I'll send you a burned copy if you want).

For those who didn't get a Navigation CD here is an online tutorial. I think it is the same as what's on the CD.
