3rd With Glove Box Problems
Is anyone here having problems opening their glove box?? Since I took delivery of my 3rd I have been having problems opening it. For some reason whenever I press the release button nothing happens.. It's very seldom that when I press the button it drops open on it's own, it usually doesn't open without the help of my fingers trying to pry it open.. Is this a common problem that a lot of you guys are experiencing, or am I the only one??

As NYlexus said, the manual doesn't fit well without a bit of forcing.

Mine exhibits this behavior as well -- you press the button and nothing happens.. I hadn't really given it much thought until now.. I thought it was that I wasn't pushing the button hard enough. However, now that I think about it, it does this each and every time I've opened it.. Keep in mind that mine has only been opened <30 times since I bought the car..
I guess I'll have the dealer check it out (along with my sucky gas milage) when I get my oil change a ways down the line..

mine is also very smooth. i put the manual in the top slot after taking out one of the booklets to make it fit. and since nothing else fit in the little sectioned-off compartments, i put everything on/in the door so that it folds down with the door, like my other booklets, reg and ins info and my front license plate 
still closes fine, although it looks a bit messy.

you have used to. Try it.
