Question What is this Part and what should it be hooked up to

I am replacing my Valve Cover Gaskets due to a leak as well as the spark plugs.

When taking the intake manifold off I noticed the following part:

I noticed the one end was not connected to anything and the hose looked like it was broken, but I can not find the other half of the hose:

There is no part number on it and I have been unable to find it in the shop manual.

Can someone tell me its name of this part and ideally its part number, as well as where the end circled in red should be connected to?

Ummm... pretty sure it connects to that outlet on top of the valve cover. I think it’s the egr.

I think it's an EVAP system part. Did you have any codes or runability issues before? If it was broken or disconnected, it should have been a vacuum leak. System lean.

The emissions diagram should be on the inside of the hood, or the frame of the fender.

This YouTube video does a good job with the disassembly and reassembly.
The part is the fuel vapor feed pipe and the part number is 23818-46110.
Someone clearly had modified mine as the small hose should not be that small.

It should connect to the upper port of the vacuum switch valve.
