Need to replace master window switch

Hi. I’m new to Lexus and to this forum.
I need to replace the master window switch on my 2002 gs300. Do I have to remove the entire door panel to do this? Does anyone know the procedure to change the switch?

Yep. Remove the panel and you'll see exactly how to remove it... not rocket science at all, 2 screws and you're good to go.
