how to remove the window switch?

Is the window switch/wood trim unit just pop up? thanks

the front end of the switch panel pops up, and you slide the rear part out. Be careful, old cars have parts that break easy.

thanks, I will replace the whole window switch trim so it's okay if I break it

I was talking about the fastener that you have to pop. Mine broke.
