Default HELP with finding Exhaust Tips Only.

I called the dealer and can only get full L-Tuned exhaust, which I don't want at this time.

I did a search and found Borla Tips, but couldn't find where they can be purchased.

Does anyone else make or sell just the tips?

Appreciate any help.

sld,

Two ideas:

Try contacting Steve Ganz (supratrd on CL or www.l-tunedparts.com) who has sold L-tuned tips in the past, not sure if he still has any...

PM CL member DrewGS4 who used to have some Borla SS tips for sale. Try searching the classifieds for his old ad.

Yeah, DrewGS4 was the one I was going to get some Borla tips from but my wife axed the idea!!!

If Drew doesn't carry them anymore, you can search the Borla site and locate a dealer that you can get the tips from. It's the universal tip that has a hidden bolt.

Yes, I have some borla tips left. I am bringing a few pairs to our next club lexus meet at bear mountain on sunday 6/29. You can get more info on the meet here: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...threadid=86795

If you are interested, I can bring and install them for you on the car. If you are not coming, I can always mail them to you. If you are interested, send me an email at drew@tritel.mi8.com

Can the Borla Tips be put on the stock exhaust? The stock tip looks like it has the muffler pipe going through the mddle of it.

I would also recommend going to the Borla site and looking up the closest dealer/muffler shop. I actually went to a muffler shop (who didn't know that they could get them at the time), had them order them from their distributer (took 1 day), and weld them on to the stock muffler (I even held them in place so they would be perfect!). They do come with a hidden universal clasp if you want to go that route.

Basically it cost about $50 for the tips and a little extra to weld. ...and took just 1 day of waiting (for those of you who are impatient like myself).
