Performance

Fan comes on and car skips......what could be the cause..
this is when the car is in park or stopped.
Also does the same in an auto car wash

How is your charging system? The fans puts extra load on the electrical system so if your alternator or battery is weak it could cause issues. Have the charging system checked if you have not done so already. In addition, check for vacuum leaks.
