Okay so this morning i tried to start my car to go to work. It made that fast ticking noise and would not start. So i got a jump start and it worked fine.

Now later in the day, my stereo system shuts off, then turns back on. I dont have a huge system, the amp i run has about 450 watts.

My batter indicator still shows the blue circle.

Is this just a bad battery or do yall think i may have an alternator problem?

Most likely its just your battery. If you got a jump and it worked fine, that means your alternator is working.
