Never once heard of them and there isn't a single thread on them here I found searching. Are you sure they're for the GS? Googling them it looks like Honda and Subaru only.

Reluctantant to say this, but I think the seller is selling you...
'every one they get' <> 'rare company' plus they have never been discussed on CL and don't find anything on google for it either

KBee is definitely a budget coilover. They're definitely not an extremely popular product, but they are cheap so surely not uncommon. I hope you didn't pay more than a few hundred bucks for a used set, they were under $1k for most models, new. ASpec in California brought in a whole bunch about ten years ago.

These companies that make these claims usually have their factory in Taiwan. I remember there was one that claimed to be made in Japan so I looked up their website in Japanese and it said they were made in America on the Japanese website.
Not saying this one can't be different but they just so happen to have a similar brief website in Japanese. Their address registers to a building with a drink delivery service business in the front and what appears to be a political party office in back.
It doesn't say on their website that these are made in Japan, which means they probably aren't. The pictures on their website are photoshopped from used car advertisements. So I'd guess these are probably Taiwanese and just rebranded. So are they rare? I guess so. I don't know if that makes them good however.
