Exclamation check engine light ON

Hello, I am somewhat new to these forums and do not know much about cars. I have a good friend that works on my car often and I trust him. I have a 2003 gs300 3.0 l6. I have 57,000 miles on it. Yesterday I replaced the rotors, brake pads, valve cover gasket, spark plugs and 3 ignition coils. When we took off the valve cover gasket my spark plugs were soaked in oil, I cleaned them off as good as I could but when I started the car it burned off a lot of oil. After it was all done I turned the car on and none of the lights were on. I drove 45 miles on the interstate to a wedding shortly after we finished. When the wedding was over I started my car and the check engine light is now on and VSC and VSC OFF lights are on. I can use the button to turn the VSC light off and on when the car is not started. Once the car is started I cannot use the button to turn either light off. they are stuck on.
I went this morning and got the diagnostic test ran and these codes came up.
P0174, P0133, P0171, P0153, P2195, P2197
Can someone tell me what I should do or why you think this happened?? How dangerous is this and should it be fixed before i drive again? I usually commute 15 miles a day.

Thanks in advance for your help.

From memory you have some lean codes which are usually air leaks. The two main problems when people do this kind of work is vacuum lines misplaced and electrical connections

GS400V8 is correct. You may have also broken your abs wire(common) when you changed your brakes, do you have a scanner that reads abs codes?

I will have to check. I took it to Advanced Auto for a diagnostic check. Not sure if their scanner catches abs codes or not.

I can pretty much guarantee you it is not your O2 sensors that have failed after you did this assuming the wires weren't damaged. I would make sure they are plugged in though. These O2/lean codes you got are probably thrown from a vacuum leak or wiring issue.

Check your ABS wires as stated by SpectraBlu, they go to your hub assemblies. Check your grounds, make sure your battery cables are on tight, and check your vacuum lines.
