Default Custom fit WeatherTech floormats

Hey guys,
I ordered what I thought was custom fit floor mats for our cars from WeatherTech, but the mats are far from custom fit and look like this. I love WeatherTech but I could not believe what I was sent. Has anyone had the same issue?

WeatherTech doesn't make a "custom fit" mat for the 2gs.

Quote from the website:

"All-Weather Floor Mats were intended to give the best possible protection for your vehicle floor. Many of our front and rear mat applications are model specific, while others are assigned as the best possible fit for the vehicle from our many shapes and sizes. Some rear mat sizes are designed to be trimmed so that they may be customized to fit almost any vehicle."

If that is the case it is still bull***** that I received a mat of similar shape as a $20 mat from walmart. Atleast the WeatherTech 'trim to fit' mats would have fit better for half the price

I'm using those mats and believe it or not they work better than most similar mats. Those seem to stay planted in one spot while other cheaper ones are always moving around or are a little to big and don't fit correct.

02 LX 430, we have looked all over for a set of upscale mats in black or charcoal. It seems that tbere isnt anything out there to protect without being factory carpet, which just gets dirty as fast.

My uncle has a 98 Landcruiser, which shares the same chassis as the LX, and his WeatherTech floor mats are the same shape as his factory mats. He has them in his LC and his MK3 Supra which is what convinced me to get them for my car. After seeing them fit perfectly on both cars, I was disappointed when I saw that mine did not fit like his even at a premium price.
