Its been well documented that I don't dibble and dabble in the wheel game like that... Even said it a couple times in this thread.

Last time I checked the tire fitment thread was when I was getting my HR2s. And the wheel and tire set up was ago according to that thread

So the answer is no p0rn adkt

We are just trying to help you out.

anything around +20 needs to be cambered and roll/shave along with semi stretched tires to avoid rubbing.

Thats a good rule of thumb for GS (every car is different). Thats why members were getting on you to double check the wheels, offsets, making sure it was 9.5 front and actually 11 back. Wheel offset comes down to a science, being able to measure and achieve that FLUSH look. +40ish offset should be fine because it's close to stock offsets.

Everyone was skeptical cause you claimed you were having problems with +40ish offset when in fact thats about the stock offset.

Just a rule of thumb

LOL was his comment really that helpful?
I know when he's trying to sass someone.
I mean I HAVE been on here for 6 years right?

But in any case, I had the offset mixed up.
These rims are provided in the +40 offset AND the +20 offset.

When doing my research, I was looking them up online. EBay, CaRid and other rim sites.... All of them said +40 ....
Even eBay had a package deal designed for the 3GS with +40 for the rear.
And I know 3GS and 2GS are nearly identical with that.

The only time I ever saw +20 in these wheels was for the Nissan 350/370 and G35 configuration...

Being that these wheels came off of a FELLOW 2GS owner that posts here , I automatically assumed that it was +40

So while the seller of these wheels could have, and I personally feel, should have told me that the offset was different, I should have checked.

Nonetheless I always appreciate the help you guys provide me and other members...
And thanks for trying to help me with this
