Default Tires size for F-Sport Wheel?

I'm getting my F-Sport Wheels in couple day and can't decide if I go with the recommended tires size 225/35/19 front, 255/35/19 back or I should go with 235/35/19 front, 265/30/19 back.
What you guys think?

Thanks!

Updated with Pictures:

So I went with recommended tires size. But its seem my tires sidewall look thinner than other tires brands. Now I'm scare I might mess up my rims.
Do you think I can go with 225/40/19 up front?

Go with 235/35/19 and 265/30/19!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trust me, you will regret it if you get the other set up.

My preference is for 235/35/19 front and 275/30/19 rear, tire diameter will be about the same front and rear. That's what I'm running on my IS350 w/MRR GT1's. (But the rear wheel is 19x9.5" 45 offset.)

Any particular reason you wouldn't go with the OEM recommendation of 225/35/19 and 255/35/19?

This is off topic, but for those who have the 19" F-sport wheels, how do you like them? Does your car feel faster with these wheels compared to the stock 18's?

I've been researching wheels for some time now, and am intrigued about the weight of these wheels. They weigh roughly 20/21 lbs staggered as opposed to the stock 18's weighing 28/30 lbs. That's a big difference of about 8-9 lbs per wheels. I understand 19's will have bigger tires that may weigh a little more also.

But for those that own the 19" Fsports, does your car feel more agile and even faster as a result of the lower weight??

I went with the OEM spec. BTW, whichever size you go I highly recommend PS2s.

Wheels look bigger and more aggressive with 265/30/19.

255/35/19

265/30/19

I've seen some many with the 255/35/19 at dealerships and they just look different. Keeping in mind that the dealership showroom cars are never lowered, but they just look less aggressive overall.

^On the contrary, wheels tend to look bigger and more aggressive with smaller tires, not larger ones. What you're thinking about is the wheel gap, which bigger tires do a better job of "filling," (good if you don't plan on running an aggressive drop). Also, 255/35/19 is an exact match for the OEM 18" tire diameter. Aside from personal preference, there's not a whole lot of reason to put a 265 tire on a wheel that's only 9 inches wide.

Javier, thanks for the clarification. You're right about my choice being based on personal preference, and was probably not the wisest choice if we are speaking about technical correctness. I went based on brand (Bridgestone). But another reason why I went with 265/30/19 is because I thought of 30-series to be a "smaller" tire than a 35-series, thus giving the optical illusion that the rims are bigger than they appear. 265 are "wider" as well, and I chose a wider tire to get more of a wall to protect the rims from the curbs. They do look more aggressive (from the back), and they create slightly less of a gap to the fender-wall (like a spacer), and make the rims look bigger (lower profile).

And to be honest, I was told by the tire shop that 265/30/19 would be the same overall driving diameter as a 255/35/19, because the 265 makes up for the lost profile. I guess I was fooled by the tire guy, especially if IS-SV is saying that 275/30/19 is the correct driving diameter.

pisaykotik, can you post a close up of your rear set up for a comparison? Thanks man.

MotoX, you should go with the one you want because it's your car and your money. As Javier and others have stated, the sensible tire to go with is 255/35/19 if you are looking for the factory-recommended reliability and accuracy. I'm just giving you another perspective, though it may not be technically accurate.

No rubbing at all when making full turns. I have heard it rub a few times when quickly turning into plazas with the flat-curbs because of the little "bump". Probably hit the top of the fender liner because of my ride height.

If all you really want is a subtle drop then go with the F-Sport springs, otherwise go directly to coils. Been there done that.

Looks awesome! However, I don't think I can go that low because I will have passengers in the back. Do you know how much wheel gap I will get with F sport spring?

I also went with the OEM spec. My car is lower with the F sport spring and its only about 2-1 finger gap
