Default Newbie steering wheel control question

Hello, just picked up a 02 GS430.

It has the factory cell phone in console.

My steering wheel has controls for it...obviously useless, i would like to be able to control the audio instead...is it possible?

Yeah, they are OEM, the phone and dock is still in the console and i found a pic of the controls in the phone users guide...

Just want to know if i can swap them out for radio....

And by the way with factory NAv how do you program a preset station in FM radio? Its not holding the button down..lol...strange!!

Thanks
Matt

Post up pics of the controls. With nav, you just press and hold the station slot on the nav screen where you want to store it.

Try hitting the FM button again, it should say something like FM 1, FM 2, and then you can preset your stations

Funny i have the same control on the left side of my steering wheel with no phone. I was actually thinking if it were possible to be wired for controls on a rear sunshade.
