Need help with gauge instrument cluster
So I went to start my car and turn to ON, all power dies. I checked my battery terminal to make sure they are secure. Refastened and hop back to driver seat. Power is restored and car turns over and starts. Now, my problem is the gauge cluster needles doesn't light up nor work. The bottom lights; CEL, VSC, High Beam, etc all operate. Only issue is the needles and illumination. I checked fuses and all is good, check for footwell fuse and underneath hood fuse. What else can this issue be? Has this happened to anyone else? Car runs and drives like normal. Headlights work along with taillights and reverse.

Woohoo worked Great!!! Thanks Lexi. So, now the the telescoping steering squeals when it retracts back in place. I heard it's temperature weather based, anyway I can lube or spray some WD-40 on it.
