Default Help: Cluster not working at all

I have no idea what's wrong with the car.
At first, the car wouldn't start, so I charged the battery and it fired right back up. The battery is only a year old, so I suspect something's draining the battery. Anyway, after the car fires back up, and now the entire cluster isn't working at all. No lights, and none of the needles work. Everything else works, just no cluster. I checked the fuse, and all the fuses are fine. Any other thoughts? This is a '97 LS400 btw.
