Need help with fog lights...
I bought 2 sets of HID kits for my car: one for low beam and one for the fogs, but the fog lights do not work. The lights are good but they just don't work for the fogs. Is there a specific hid kit just for them?
so I bought yellow xenons in the meantime. But, although they light up, the light doesn't fit in the fog assembly... neither does a different set I got. They are 9006 right??

Yes, fog lights are 9006 bulbs unless you have aftermarket fogs or something. Did you try removing and swapping the rubber O ring around the bulb? Sometimes the one that comes with HID is too thick and won't clear the housing, hence not allowing you to turn and lock bulb.

If you want a different apprach, take the fogs out and losten the three phillips head screws on the metal locking ring, these are behind the rubber O-ring seal, install the bulbs till they lock and retighten the screws.
make sure you have the right aftermarket balasts that connect the the OEM plugs.

yea with the other aftermarket bulbs, it's the 0-ring that seems to be too big to fit in there. but with the HIDs', they fit perfectly but just don't work.

If they dont turn on then like everyone says flip the plug going into the ballast around 180 degrees. as far as it not fitting i would probably try some kind of lube lol. or you can lossen the screws on the back. I had a problem getting some bulbs into my high beams and thats what i did

Thanks for the advice fellas. I'll try to flip it around once it decides to stop raining over here. As for the other bulbs... would I just be able to swap out the O-ring?
